Refund Policy
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Audacia jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a return window under the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

How to Start: Email audacia.connect@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Audacia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene and quality standards.

Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the new exchange item.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made jewelry is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
2. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 9 business days for the funds to reflect in your account (this timing is subject to your bank's processing speed).
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your jewelry arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately at audaciajewellers.connect@gmail.com.
Required Steps:

Report within 5 days: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and high-resolution photos/videos of the damage.

Assessment: We may require the item to be returned for inspection. Audacia will cover return shipping for confirmed defective items.

Resolution: You may choose a Replacement (subject to availability) or a Full Refund.
Important: We reserve the right to refuse claims if the damage is determined to be caused by misuse, neglect, exposure to chemicals, or unauthorized repairs.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
To maintain our fast shipping standards, the window for cancellation is very narrow:

1-Hour Window: You must contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order to cancel.

Post-Processing: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard Return Policy.

Fees: A cancellation fee may apply if the order has already entered the processing phase but has not yet left our facility.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Accuracy: Customers must provide correct shipping and billing information.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If a package is returned to Audacia due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the carrier, a re-shipping fee will apply, or a partial refund will be issued (minus original shipping costs).
